| Police activity stalls Virginia Railway Express service STAFFORD, Va. — Police activity has stopped Virginia Railway Express service on a portion of a line. The rail service issued an alert around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday saying the Fredericksburg-bound rain 312 had stopped at Leeland Road "due to a police activity," with a later train, 314, stalled behind it.
