| Wet & Windy: The Next System Arrives in the West A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Friday for parts of Washington. Rain and snow showers will be confined to mainly Washington on Friday with snow falling above 3,500 feet elevation. By Friday night and Saturday, Oregon will get in on some precipitation of both rain and snow variety.
